ROCKET THE CHIPMUNK PRESENTS THE ROCKET KIDS SHOW

Scientists from the future have made contact with Funfest's very own MC Big D and delivered an urgent message.

In the future, scientists discovered that laughter, kindness, dancing and imagination create a powerful energy called Fun Power. For generations, Fun Power powered communities, fuelled creativity and kept happiness alive across the universe. But over time, people became too busy,  and forgot the importance of fun.

As Fun Power levels began to fall, the future faced a serious problem.

That's when the scientists launched their boldest mission yet.

Using advanced technology, they sent secret instructions back through time to South Auckland, directing Big D to begin construction of a giant Timegate beside the Funfest Main Stage.

The Timegate is being built for one reason...To bring Rocket the Chipmunk back from the future.

Rocket has been chosen for a very important mission. He must travel through the Timegate, recruit the Rocket Crew, and collect enough Fun Power to help save the future. But he can't do it alone.

Every time kids laugh, dance, sing, play games, go on rides, make new friends, show kindness and use their imagination, Rocket's Fun Meter charges up.

The more Fun Power created at Funfest, the stronger the connection to the future becomes.

Join Rocket, MC  Big D, Aunty Jonda and DJ Jarm for an interactive adventure filled with music, dancing, games, audience participation and plenty of Fun Power as he prepares the Rocket Crew for the mission of a lifetime.
