At Funfest, the safety of our guests — especially our tamariki — sits at the heart of everything we do. This is not the place to come and “play up.”

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward violence, aggression, or abuse of any kind toward our guests or staff. Anyone who crosses that line will be dealt with swiftly and professionally.

Our guests, our babies, and our entire Funfest whānau are protected by our brother Luke Mealamu and the incredible team at Mealamu Security. Their presence is felt day and night, throughout the entire week, ensuring Funfest remains a safe, welcoming, family-first space for everyone who walks through our gates.
